To return or exchange online purchases at an AE, AEO Factory Store and/or Aerie store, please take the packing slip included with your order and the credit card used for the original purchase. The packing slip will serve as your receipt. If you don't have your packing slip, you'll be credited the current price of the item in the form of an AE Gift Card. If PayPal was used for the original purchase, an AE Gift Card will be issued. If you paid in a currency other than US Dollars, an AE Gift Card will be issued for the refund. Shipping is not refunded. - Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of your order date.
- For eligible returns within the United States, a free pre-paid return label in provided in the original order.
- Merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in good condition with the original hangtags and packaging attached.
- No refunds will be given without a receipt.
- Only items purchased through bostonbrand.com may be returned to our online warehouse. Items purchased through any of our wholesale partners must be returned to the place of purchase.
- When we receive your returned merchandise, we will refund you against the original method of payment.
- Canadian orders can be refunded or exchanged, however shipping costs to Lifeisgood.com and back out will be the responsibility of the customer.

Send in your item(s) using the postage-paid U.S. return label. Your return will be processed within 10-14 business days.
RETURNING IN STORES (U.S.)
Just bring the packing slip and credit card used when you placed the order to any one of our stores. For online orders purchased with PayPal, the return will be processed using a different form of payment.

If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return. If you paid with a Gift Card or Nordstrom Notes, we'll mail you a Gift Card. If a credit card was used in combination with a Gift Card or Nordstrom Notes, the entire merchandise amount will be refunded to your credit card. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
Gift Cards can't be returned.

Well we thought that would have been obvious by now, we make beautifully designed, thought provoking, sustainably sourced products, directly inspired by the environment, history, culture and society we live in. Hopefully you like them enough to buy them!
How much is shipping?
We like to think our shipping costs are very reasonable. It adequately covers us for a bit of packaging (just a bit mind, not a rainforest full of flyers or anything) and a couple of stamps to get the shirts to your door. We realise how upsetting it can be to buy a tshirt from a site and then find out that the cost of postage is more than the shirt is worth. Unfortunately we do not offer tracking on our shirts as standard because it usually costs as much as the shirt itself! If you particularly require it please contact us via email and we can sort that out.
Where do you ship to?
More a case of where don't we ship, we don't really have a problem sending anything anywhere, as long as Royal Mail will send it we are happy to stick it in the post.
What brand of shirts do you print on?
We print on Continental Clothing Earth Positive shirts. Why I hear you ask? Well not only do they offer great quality and sizings they are also manufactured to a high ethical standards. Can't say fairer than that. Great quality and it keeps Mother Nature sweet.
How do I know what size shirt to buy?
Our sizings are pretty much what you would expect. If anything though they are probably slightly on the fitted side so if you were to be between sizes usually then we would suggest ordering the larger size. If in doubt check your measurements!
When will I receive my order?
This is probably our number one asked question. There's nothing worse than having to wait for something to arrive which is why we don't mess around in getting orders shipped out straight away. All orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days. Domestic orders (UK) should arrive with 3-5 days. Foreign orders will take 7-12 days but please allow up to 3 weeks for arrival (sometimes more). What if I don't like it and want to send it back?
Not a problem, as long as it meets the criteria on our Returns Policy page you can get it sent back to us. We are always happy to refund or exchange anything.

Do I have to have a PayPal account?
No, you don't. You can pay directly with a credit card. The payment is still taken via PayPal but without a need for their account.
